Session agreement
These are the terms for a booked session. You accept them when you book. Sharing permission is separate and optional; the choices and any discount are described in this version.

The session
You are booking one session with Stephenson Photo Co. LLC. The price is a sitting fee for that session, plus $50 for the digital photographs. Its length, outfits, and places are the ones that come with the session you chose. After the balance is paid, the finished photographs are yours as high-resolution files. A few of them are ready to look at within two days. Your gallery stays online for a year, and that is where you order prints. If the session names how many photos to expect, that figure is what we usually deliver. It is not a count we are required to hit.
The retainer
The retainer reserves the date. The balance is due by card when the gallery is ready. Sales tax is added on the digital photographs. If the date has to move, because of weather or because your plans changed, we will find another day and the retainer applies to it. If you cancel and do not take another day, the retainer is kept. That time was held for you.
The day of
We start and finish at the times on your booking. Arriving late shortens the session, and we still finish at the scheduled time. Changing outfits happens inside that window. Children and pets who come with you are in your care.
Your photos
Copyright in the photographs stays with Stephenson Photo Co. LLC. You may print the edits, give them to your family, and post them yourself. Selling them, or letting a business use them in its advertising, needs our agreement in writing. Files we have not edited stay with us.
Travel
The drive is included for sessions around Huntsville. If a location is far enough that a travel charge applies, we will write to you about that charge before it is added.
Website and Instagram
We will not post your photographs, or give them to anyone but you, without your permission. If you allow it, $25 comes off this session, and we may include a few on our website or Instagram. You can leave your children out of what we post and still receive the $25 off.
Who is agreeing
You are 18 or older. If someone in the photographs is under 18, you are their parent or guardian, or a parent or guardian has authorized you to book this session and to accept these terms for them.
If the photos cannot be delivered
If the photographs are lost and we cannot deliver the edits, we will photograph the session again or refund what you paid for it.
