This is what we keep when you use this site. The session agreement is what you accept when you book.
What we keep
When you book or ask a question, we keep your name, email, and phone, and what you tell us the session is for. A booking can also include who is in the photo, how many people, how many outfits, the place, and whether we may post a few photographs. If you allow posting, we keep the Instagram name you give us, and whether your children are left out.
Payment
Card numbers stay with Stripe. We keep the amount, the date, and the payment id Stripe gives us.
Your page
The session page we email you is a private link. Opening it remembers this browser for 90 days, so you can come back without a password. The unfinished booking stays in this browser until you finish or the hold ends. It is not sent to us until you continue.
Email and pictures
Letters come from contact@stephenson.photo. We keep a copy of what we send you on the job. Your gallery is hosted by Pic-Time. Photographs on this website are ones we already have permission to show.
Who else sees it
We do not sell this information. Stripe handles the card. Pic-Time hosts the gallery. Our mail is at Purelymail. Elijah and Makenna are the only people with an office sign-in, and that sign-in lasts 14 days.
Children
The person who books says they are 18 or older, and that they can agree for anyone under 18 in the photographs. Posting a child still needs the choice on the booking. Leaving children out keeps them off the website and Instagram.
Correcting it
Write to contact@stephenson.photo to correct your name, email, phone, or what we may post. A session that was booked keeps its price and its payments. Those rows are how the books stay honest.
